Life Will Write The Words.

This cd has been on repeat for over a week.  Bryce Avary has done me proud once more.  Why am I surprised?  This song is one of my favorites.

My birthday is less than a month away.
(As of yesterday) our bridals are exactly one month away!
There are four more weeks of the summer program left.
Four weeks need to fly on by...
Olympics start tomorrow & I really wish we had cable so I could watch the Opening ceremonies in my pj's and speak in a British accent the entire time.
My hair is getting oober long.  Seriously considering chopping it off after August 25th...
My abusive relationship with Tmobile is coming to an end next month. Hallelujah!
I want fall to be here noooow.  I am over this heat.
God is mighty.
Purchasing Netflix was one of the best decisions of our lives....for real.
I have baby fever. BAD.
The Rocket Summer has made my summer.  I've needed good, honest music & he delivered big time.

Christopher.

THIS MAN.  He's my best friend.  He's had my heart for close to six years now.  He still opens doors for me.  He still holds my hand.  He still saves all of his green Mike & Ikes for me.  He still tells me I'm beautiful.  He still cherishes time with me.  He still flirts with me.  He's the best man I have ever known & I thank God every day for blessing me with him.  He's my favorite.  And he's all miiine. :)

Right now, this handsome boy is out getting me ice cream just because I said I felt like it.  Isn't he just the sweetest?

Still Helplessly In Love,
Katie

Catching Up.

WHAT A WEEK.

It was quiet the doozy.  Work has been stressful ever since the switch.  ( I am in the Toddler Room for now...)  I just can't seem to adjust to the room.  The days are much longer & to be honest, quite boring. I miss the crazy conversations that I would have with my three year olds.  We'll see what happens at the end of summer.  I may just go back to my old position..then again who knows? Anything can happen.

Jill's event had a great turnout!  Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves .  I definitely learned a lot throughout this "planning" process and I hope to only improve in the events to come...

Our Fourth of July was fun. :)  We decided to go to Mt. Trashmore and watch the fireworks and it was well worth it.  It just so happens to be my favorite holiday as well as the day that Chris proposed to me. Beautiful memories at that park...

I had the chance to spend some long overdue quality time with my siblings & my nephew. We spent the morning at the beach attempting to make sand castles & caught each other up on our lives.  I miss them.  And it was so good to just have a morning that we could all get together and reconnect.

They will always be my best friends.
